CASE STUDY: LPRC

During my User Experience Design class in Fall 2020, a team of three others and I partnered up with UF’s Loss Prevention Research Council, a research group that aims to find solutions for large national retail companies. We were tasked to determine what users’ needs in a Zone 4 of a retail space are. A Zone 4 is the area outside up until the entrances of a store front, so walkways and the parking lot. From this information we designed a curbside pickup app.
